The Spanish name “Mar Vista” translate to “Sea View”, an appropriate title due the area’s proximity to the Pacific and the stunning ocean and sunset panoramas from its hills. Located between Venice Beach and Culver City on the west side of Los Angeles, Mar Vista offers the best of both a quiet residential neighborhood and hip shops, dining and bars.
